Boozy Pork Tenderloin~

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon ground ginger (or use 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger)

3-4 cloves crushed garlic

1/4 cup brown sugar

3 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 cup Jack Daniels or whiskey of choice

Combine all ingredients and marinate pork. Try to marinate for several hours; less than 6-8 usually results in not much marinade flavor in the pork. Grill until internal temperature is about 150 degrees.
