Asian Grilled Salmon...adapted from The Barefoot Contessa Parties by Ina Garten
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Mix together marinade ingredients. Coat salmon well and marinate 45 minutes to one hour in refrigerator.
Grill, skin side down, about 10 minutes (more or less depending on thickness of your salmon)
