Antipasto Squares~

Antipasto Squares

2 packages Pillsbury Crescent rolls (may use reduced fat)
1/4 lb Swiss cheese
1/4 lb Provolone cheese
1/4 lb Genoa salami
1/4 lb Prosciutto
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
About 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Small jar of roasted red bell peppers, drained and chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with Pam.

Layer one package of the crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan. Then layer salami, provolone, prosciutto, Swiss, pepperoni, and Parmesan. Sprinkle with the chopped red peppers. Pour about 3/4 of the egg mixture on top. Cover with the remaining package of crescent rolls. Brush top with remaining egg.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-30 minutes until top is browned.

Cool and slice into squares.
