Welcome to NJ Aquatic and Land Solutions, we are currently the industry leader in consulting services for Environmental Analysis and Restoration.  Our company is committed to helping both private and public  clients with a complete "Ecological Work Up"  so that they can make smart decisions and sustain or restorate a healthy ecosystems for a  healthier NJ. Sustaining ecosystems that can be enjoyed both today and in they future.We hope to be an industry leader in the Tri-State region within the next five years.  I hope you will be an integral part of helping us reach that goal.   As your team manager I will place you on a team that will work through solutions to meet your clients needs. As a new employee we realize that you may questions  these assignments, they  may take you out of your comfort zone and push you to think in new ways. However, we are certain that the excitement of solving these challenges will more than make up for the difficulties you might encounter.

We expect each of you to make the client’s needs your priority by contributing to your team and producing quality, finished products on time. We have worked hard to develop a reputation for excellence. Your Role

Our excellent reputation is spreading. As a result, within the last year, we have seen a surge in the number of new clients seeking our services. In turn, this has allowed us to hire new employees such as you to help us to deliver these services. You have been assigned to the Aquatic and Land Services Division. The division is primarily responsible for providing consulting services for Lakes, ponds, streams, parks, golf course, etc.. Since many of the clients you will be working for are new clients to the company, I would like to ask you to start building a good relationship with your client. Pay attention to customer service skills, communicate often, and most importantly provide your client with finished products that are up to our standard of excellence.

Before you begin
It is imperative to stay in close contact with your manager.  Work with your manager; seek feedback on each task so your team can produce the highest quality product.

Before you begin work, visit the Orientation to learn how to succeed here. You will be working in teams throughout your affiliation, so take the time to learn how to do it the right way.

  • Explore Working with Tasks to better understand why and how we define and solve problems and tasks.
  • Work your way through the information in Working in Teams to get your team off to a better start.
  • Plan to check back regularly -- New material is added to the Orientation section as needed.

Your project manager will assign specific Tasks & Assignments for you or your team to complete. Follow the task link on the left to discover the details of the tasks. Be certain to review the Requirements section for each task or subtask before you embark on your solution.

Our R&D assistant has gathered Resources for you to reference as you complete the Tasks assigned. If you have suggestions for additional resources, please post them to the Forums area.

After you have completed each task, review Debrief questions to confirm your learning and understanding of the task.
