Quiche Lorraine

Serves 8

1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of black pepper
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and chopped
1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

1) In a large bowl, combine milk, eggs, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper; mix well.
2) In a separate bowl, toss cheese with the flour. Add cheese mixture and chopped bacon to egg mixture.
3) Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
