Non-daily updates - I'm sorry again

It seems I really just don't have the time to be updating every day about every little new thing.
I haven't uploaded any music either recently and still need to close up those Sequential Outline WIPs, as well as get up the new one for this month soon.
The reason for this; at the start of last week I made the final decision to work on my first game in RPG Maker, and man have I been getting crunch-time work done on it in hopes to finish an entire game before July. I don't plan for it to be the regular RPG Maker-type game either, but rather to be open world. It might sound ridiculous to want to make a game in a program like that considering I now know how to make all sorts of things in Game Maker, but I have good reasoning for it. It's similar to how I start just about all compositions off with piano midi, because I don't have to worry about what instruments I choose to use and it gets straight to the core of the composition. When it comes to my game series, I want to have a better idea of what direction I want to take things in and I'll have already made a game with all the core elements in for how I want the story and open world to interact and whatnot. I guess it's hard to explain, or maybe you do get it as the reader if you've done projects of a similar form, either way, that's what I've been working on. I did also say to some people that I wanted a demo out of the first area in the beginning of the first week I began working on this. Unfortunately I ended becoming busy with IRL matters and nobody actually takes anything I do seriously to any degree so it was hard to get time to do just about anything, but I'll make sure to get something out soon and to fix some of the other music issues here as well.

Really trying to just get SO 3 finished before the end of the month..
It'll probably leak a little into next month, but it shouldn't be nearly as bad as it was with SO 2.

Made some improvements to "West Maiden Productions" (now "West Maiden Project") and did a piano thing, but I'll just cut this short and leave my post here to that since it's almost 5am. Good night~

Two more days go by... still very little time I have to put aside for anything. I got half a piano arrangement done I guess.
Hopefully I can rush out three tomorrow somehow since I should have time tomorrow.
I was also planning on replacing West Maiden Productions possibly or starting another group for creative commons and fanworks of things in general. I'm not totally sure how I'll go about it yet, but I've found a lot of people who might be interested. I'll have to try posting my own content first though to get things started.

Another day gone and I'm even more behind still.
The past two days I couldn't do anything because I had to go a bunch of places with my parents...
still have half of the second Sequential Outlines even... *sigh

All I've got left for the game engine now is to make different shot-types and the enemy attack types, as well as the main menu and pause options!
It's almost there to begin non-programming stuff!
I was thinking of even posting tutorial type information on here to show how it's done,
but either way, I am behind with music stuff which I need to have out before the end of this month...
gotta get on that...

So far I've got a bit further in my game at least.
I made good movement, a pause menu, figured out how to freeze time and set up an original score thing, as well as put attacks and stuff.
It's not a whole lot, but it's getting there...

2/17/15 stuff and math

I guess I've been on a bit of a hiatus for about a week, but it's not like I haven't done anything.
No, I've been working on my game in game maker and have gotten some decent progress done I think as far as putting together an engine!
As far as music though, I wasn't sure exactly what to do now with Sequential Outlines now that I'm not doing it for MajiKana. I suppose I'll just have to change the cover and continue where I left off, hopefully getting through it by next week or the week after more likely. With making music for the Vocaloid album I mentioned, well, I just see what I can do with my time in between.

Aside from that, recently I realize I don't exactly hate math. I just have a lot of bad memories associated with it and I guess I can be really good with math, however, for a long due to school I even had the idea drilled into my head that creative people can't be analytical, or, the other way around either. To add to that,

I went the day without using my computer.
Yea, I do want to make a Vocaloid album, but since I'm not working on MajiKana now, I also need to get straight back to my game too.
With that, I was able to work on a few maps on grid paper and enemies with less distractions from other details and the constant back-and-fourth "game testing". I also recorded some keyboard improv to build upon later on computer.
To add to things, I'll likely get another IRL job soon, so all things together, I'll be pretty busy...

After once again making something that wouldn't fit the game good enough, I decided I should quit.
Clearly it's just not in my style I guess.
So, now I'm about a month behind, but I guess I can start on other things at least.
