The idea of the project was to create a new quality of buildings in the suburbs of Warsaw. For a flat price of 50-60 m2 in Warsaw, you can get a single-family house with an area of 120 - 140 m2. An additional advantage of this solution is independence in the media, own driveway and individual garden. The analysis of the investment area includes the possibility of fast communication with the center of Warsaw.
