The presented modular building consists of 2 basic modules. The building is sold in the BMJ Single-Family Residential Building and the BRI Individual Recreation Building standard. Regardless of the version, the external partitions meet the applicable heat transfer coefficients according to WT2021. The NF40 version of building partitions for energy construction is also available, with the possibility of obtaining the building energy class C, D, E. Due to the properties of BMJ and BRI, the building has heated water and sewage connections adapted to winter periods. The entire structure is fully portable, requires 8-12 point foundations.
