Sour Cream Pork Chops

Makes 4 servings

4 pork chops (Trim fat before cooking.)
2 Tbsp oil
1 cup beef bouillon
1 (8-oz) can sliced mushrooms
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 cup sour cream

Brown pork chops in oil in skillet.

While they brown, mix all of remaining ingredients, except onion rings and sour cream, in a bowl.

Separate onion rings and place on pork chops.

Pour above mixture over chops and simmer for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Add the sour cream and cook for another 15 minutes.
