Herbed Feta Spread

Makes 2-1/4 cups

1 (8-oz) pkg feta cheese, crumbled
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
3 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted

Fresh basil sprigs

For Serving

Directions  (Active Prep: 11 minutes)
Place feta and cream cheese in a small bowl; mash with a fork until combined.

Stir in chopped basil and and next three (3) ingredients.

Cover and chill up to seven (7) days.
