Corn Cobbler, Mama's

Makes 2 Quart Casserole

1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 cup (8-oz) sour cream
1 (10-oz) pkg whole frozen corn, thawed and drained (see Tip)
1 (16-oz) can creamed corn

Tip:   You may substitute 1 (16-oz) can of whole corn, drained. 

Active Prep: 5 minutes
Total Time: 65 minutes

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Spray 2-quart casserole dish with PAM® No-Stick  Cooking Spray.

Mix all ingredients and bake, uncovered, for one hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
