Cheese Strudel, Robin's

Makes 8 servings

1-lb Monterey Jack cheese
1 (4-oz) can green chilies, chopped
1-qt cottage cheese (large curd)
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter, melted
10 eggs, well beaten

Grate cheese.

Add chilies and cottage cheese.

Sift flour and baking powder. Add to mixture.

Add other ingredients and mix well.

Pour into well-greased 3-quart oblong baking dish.

Bake 15 minutes at 400ºF. Reduce heat to 350ºF and cook an additional 30 minutes.
