1 head kale, finely chopped
1 large avocado, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 T black sesame seeds (optional)
Juice of half a lemon
Dash of sesame oil
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl.
2. Whisk together olive oil (a few tablespoons), lemon juice and sesame oil in smaller bowl. Add to salad and toss.
