Spinach Dip

1/2 bag fresh spinach that has been frozen

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayo

1-2 TBS ranch seasoning mix

1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped

1/2 cup dehydrated veggies

bread or veggies to dip with

Cover and steam spinach for about 7 min. Then drain, cool spinach. Once cooled use a paper towel to squeeze excess water out of spinach. Then mix in with the rest of the ingredients. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours so dehydrated vegetables can soften. Enjoy!
