Crockpot Creamy Itailan Chicken

4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of condensed chicken soup.

Mix the salad dressing and condensed soup together, then "smother" over the chicken breasts in crock pot. Cook on high for 6-8 hours or on low for 10-12 hours.
