The students have planned activities related to nutrition and healthy eating for the children.
If you are interested in participating, please sign up at the front desk no later than Friday, February 13, 2015 at noon-12:00pm.

Each Friday until March 20th, the Vandalia Recreation Center hosts Zoom Around the Room, an indoor play area for children ages 1-5.  The cost is $3 per child per day.  The times are each Friday from 10-11.  Check out their calendar for other kid-friendly events.

We are fortunate to have so many resources available to us here on campus.  Some of the children participated in 'Give a Kid a Smile Day' and received a free dental exam and cleaning from the Dental Hygiene students.  The children were very excited to show off their clean teeth.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a vast array of information on many topics related to young children.  Information about the importance of lead screenings, immunizations for children birth through 6 years, as well as information about common childhood diseases, safety, developmental milestones, and raising healthy children.
The Montgomery County Public Health Department has an Immunization Clinic to provide free or low cost vaccines.

Domestic Violence
Marriage Preparation
Marriage Enrichment
