My Green Goddess Dressing – reinvented (2015)
RECIPE
Ingredients

1/2 -1 cup of sour cream
1 cup of mayonnaise (homemade)
2 teaspoons anchovy paste (or 1 teaspoon coarse salt)
2 tablespoons mild vinegar, such as white-wine vinegar or tarragon vinegar*
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 – 1 clove of garlic -finely minced
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
1-2  teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt (to taste – taste the mayo before adding)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate dressing up to 7 days.
