Honeyed Ricotta and Apple Wrap


In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp part-skim ricotta, 2 tbsp sliced almonds, 1 tsp honey. Spread cheese mixture on an 8-inch whole-wheat wrap; top with 1/2 thinly sliced apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon; roll up.
