The Challenge

Client  was working on different types of computers with a variety of operating systems requiring too much maintenance and dependent on many department functions. The infrastructure needed to be simplified.  Replacing the myriad of PCs throughout the organization with an optimized desktop solution would ensure the client was using a consistent and secure computing platform with simplified management.

The Solution

The Result

The solution was consistent with the Personal Computing Services requirements for ensuring deployment and management of desktop and laptop hardware and software. It followed the County’s guiding principle to ‘preserve and enhance the environment of San Diego County'. And, met he County’s mission to support business productivity and ensure best value through the effective use of people, process and technology.
