What:

U.S. Naval Ship crew required life saving training for it's personnel involved in real world operative settings.



The Challenge

Life saving and safety training curriculum was stalled and organization at risk of losing certification.

The Solution

Implemented change management process to track curriculum updates and monitor remediation efforts. Developed ‘Train the Trainers’ course, new testing criteria and creative techniques for interactive participation.

The Result

Completed nine-month training program resulting in 900 employees (60 classes) with 100% pass rate during a very busy industrial work schedule. Curriculum quickly spread throughout the organization resulting in eager acceptance of the intended information.
