Registration

Welcome to the registration page of the Fifth SIMPAR Conference. The electronic registration form can be accessed through the official website. Registration fees are reported below and can be payed with credit card or bank transfer. All prices are in EURO and include VAT.

Registration details

SIMPAR Conference registration includes:
  • one printed copy of Springer conference proceeding
  • coffee-breaks during the conference
  • social dinner
  • welcome and farewell receptions
  • conference bag 

SIMPAR Workshop registration includes
  • coffee-breaks of the day of the workshop (October 20)
  • participants registered to the main Conference can attend both workshops on the day of October 20, by paying a single Workshop Registration 

Upon paper acceptance, at least one of the authors shall register to the conference. A “regular registration” fee is required for finalizing the paper upload. Papers that are not validated by author registration will be removed from the conference proceedings. Authors shall pay one full registration fee for the first paper, plus a discounted registration fee (i.e. “student registration” fee) for each additional paper. The electronic submission system will automatically calculate the total amount due, based on the number of papers. 

The deadline for early registration to the conference and workshops is October 1st October 6th; late registration is October 17th, 2014 a surcharge of 50 euro for on-site registration fees will apply after October 17th, 2014. 

Note that registration to workshops does not require a registration to the conference. To register as a student, a document stating the student status will be required. Such document can be either the copy of a student card, or an official letter issued by an academic institution; such documents shall be written in English. 

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be made, unless a written cancellation request is received by June 1st 2014. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference.
