It is the endeavor of the company to settle justified claims promptly through standardized procedures in claims administration. 

The claims process is much dependant on the satisfactory production of documents and necessary requirement by the claimant.

Important: 
Notification of claim and submission of proof of loss must be within the specific timeline stipulated in the policy conditions. The company reserves the right to waive or request for additional information/document a may be required.
