Multi Purpose insurance Berhad Claims Notification View
In the event of loss, please follow the following steps:
- Report the accident to the Police within 24 hours.
- Call our Customer Service at 03-2034 9888 or any of our branch offices nearest to you to notify us of your claim and we will forward you the claim form via mail. Alternatively, walk-in to our Customer Service Centre or any of our branch offices nearest to you to collect the claim form.
- Send your car to any registered PIAM workshop for assessment.
- Upon receipt of notification of your claim, we will assign an adjuster, if necessary, to inspect and evaluate the damage.
- Complete the claim form and return it to us together with the following documents:
- Police Report
- Original Repair Bill or Repair Estimate (if any)
- Copy of vehicle Registration Card
- Copy of driver's driving licence
- Forward all the above documents to us as soon as possible for our processing.
Other Classes of Insurance
- Call our Customer Service at 03-2034 9888 or any of our branch offices nearest to you to notify us of your claim and we will forward you the claim form via mail. - Upon receipt of you notification, we wil assign adjuster, if necessary, to evaluate your losses.
- Complete the claim form and forward all the relevant documents to us as soon as possible for our processing.
- Notify us immediately if a third party makes a claim against you or your authorized driver.
- Do not negotiate or admit liability to the claim made by the third party without our consent.
