I am a senior researcher at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB). After I obtained my PhD from the University of Zurich in 2012, I was a post-doctoral research fellow at Princeton and Stanford University. I am affiliated with the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA), Bonn.

My research focuses on labor economics, personnel economics, economics of education, and applied micro-econometrics. I am interested in topics such as  technological change, training, the consequences of job loss,  and discrimination. You can find a list of my paper here.
