Simmons Goes Fit Challenge

Our challenge for you is to record you own physical activity. You should set weekly goals for yourself, whether it be big or small, that you can achieve for yourself. This could include taking x amount of steps, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking more and relying less on public transportation, or even going to the gym. There is a sample chart attached that allows you to monitor your daily activity.

Also, take a look at the Seven Benefits of Exercise link... Hopefully this will give you enough reasons to EXERCISE!

Take the challenge if you dare to improve your health!
