Our challenge for you is to record you own physical activity. You should set weekly goals for yourself, whether it be big or small, that you can achieve for yourself. This could include taking x amount of steps, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking more and relying less on public transportation, or even going to the gym. There is a sample chart attached that allows you to monitor your daily activity.

or soup cans as weights
- Do jumping
jacks, jog in place, or dance around your room for 10 minutes three times
- Do a workout
video on the floor… There are tons for free online!
- I’m tired I just worked/ went to
school all day

tired may give you that extra boost you need to get through the rest of your
- I forgot to pack my gym clothes
- Do something
you can do in normal clothes… Walking is a great form of exercise!
- I don’t want to go out and buy workout
- You don’t need
special clothes to workout just wear something comfortable
- There are lots
of inexpensive ways to improvise…use a book or a can as weights, or a
towel as an exercise mat… Be creative!
- I’m so stressed…I can’t add another
thing to my day
- Working out is
proven to actually decrease levels of stress and improve your mood… Taking
just 10 minutes may help to lesson those feeling of anxiety so you can
focus and get your work done more efficiently
