Simi Denson represents intended parents, gestational carriers (sometimes called gestational surrogates or surrogate mothers), traditional surrogates, and egg and sperm donors as they negotiate the contracts that will govern their relationship and establish legal parentage.  She also represents parties seeking pre-birth orders validating Texas gestational agreements.

Simi was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2003 (license 24038860) and represents clients in every area of Texas and around the world out of her office in Austin, Texas.  In-person consultation is not required; most work is done by email and phone.  She is also admitted to the federal courts for the Western, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas. 

Simi serves on the Board of Trustees and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys. She is also a member of the American Bar Association Assisted Reproductive Technologies Committee, and a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, as well as its Legal Professional Group.  
 
Simi is a graduate of Rice University and The University of Texas School of Law.  She lives in Austin with her family.  She has completed two journeys as a gestational carrier, delivering a baby boy in 2010 and triplets in 2013.
