The Zaurus is a line of Personal Mobile Tools (PDAs) from Sharp Japan. They are unique for a number of reasons, including:

  • They run Linux from the factory
  • The first PDA to include a 4gb MD
  • Clamshell formfactors with QWERTY Keyboards
  • Sharp CG Silicon VGA displays
  • USB Host Support

Running linux, with VGA displays, Hard drives, and USB host support makes them, in effect, Ultra-Tiny palmtop computers. In fact, they are probably the smallest fully featured hand-held computers on the market today. Too bad they're only sold in Japan.
