All new members will take the Sigma Xi pledge:

Do you hereby pledge yourself, in accordance with the purposes and objectives of Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Honor Society, to encourage original investigations in science, to foster companionship and cooperation among scientists, to maintain honor, integrity and honesty in all scientific activities, and to assume the other continuing responsibilities of membership?

Those giving oral presentations can use the computer and projector equipment for PowerPoint. You should provide your PowerPoint files on a usb device at the day of the event.  Posters will be presented in the ballroom where display boards will be available. Your presentation may be an explanation of the project and the results, or it can be a progress report if the work is not yet finished.
