All new members will take the Sigma Xi pledge:

 6:40 pm First talk

After the final talk, we will go to the Atrium to view and discuss the posters. Refreshments will be available.

Here are some of the photos that were taken at the event.

Those giving oral presentations can use the computer and projector equipment for PowerPoint. You will need to provide your PowerPoint files in advance. Posters will be presented in the second floor Atrium where display boards will be available. Your presentation may be an explanation of the project and the results, or it can be a progress report if the work is not yet finished.

If two or three of you worked on the same research project and wish to make a joint presentation, enter all of your names in the form. The time allowed for the talks will be 10 minutes (one person), 15 minutes (group of two), or 20 minutes (group of three).
