Registration


Registration is possible online. The deadline is 24 December 2013. The registration fee is £20 and includes
refreshments and lunch. For participants who wish to participate at the workshop dinner the overall fee is £55.
Please also note the one-day IMA Workshop on Research and Mathematics in Higher Education, held 8 January
at UCL. Attendants are encouraged to participate at both meetings.

Venue


All talks take place in the Gustave Tuck lecture theatre.
The registration desk and refreshments are available in the South Cloisters, which
are located close to the Gustave Tuck Lecture Theatre.

Poster Presentations

We aim to provide space for poster presentations. Attendants who wish to present a poster are asked to contact
Timo Betcke (t.betcke@ucl.ac.uk).


Drinks and Dinner


Informal drinks will be in the Jeremy Bentham Pub from around 6pm onwards.
Dinner for registered participants will take place in Navarro's Tapas Restaurant, 67 Charlotte St. from 7pm.
Please note that for the dinner we can only accept participants who have registered for it via the online
booking system. Dinner places are restricted to 30 participants.

Travel and Accommodation


UCL is within easy walking distance of both, Euston Station and King's Cross/St. Pancras.
For arrivals via Heathrow it is easiest to take the Piccadilly Tube Line from Heathrow directly to Russell Square.
UCL is then only a few minutes walk away.

We can book accommodation only for invited speakers. For other attendants here is a list of some nearby hotels.
