Hi, welcome to Shuai's homepage!
I am a Research Scientist in Dr. Deqiang Qiu's group at Emory University. I was a Postdoctoral Fellow in Dr. Ivan Dokmanić 's group at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2017 to 2019. I completed my Ph.D. in May 2017 at the Johns Hopkins University, where I've been very fortunate to have Dr. Trac D. Tran as my advisor.
My research leverages machine learning and signal processing tools to address challenges in MRI, Neuroimaging, and data science.
My research interests include MRI, Neuroimaging, computational imaging, machine learning, graph neural network.
I am always fascinated by the ultimate quest to find order in data!
I am on the academic job market this year. If you know of any open positions, I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me a message. Here are my research, teaching and diversity statements.
