I currently hold a joint position of research scientist at Artificial Intelligence for Science Institute, Beijing, China and post-doctoral research fellow at International Center for Quantum Materials, School of Physics, Peking University, China. Before joining the ICQM center, I  joined the Department of Physics, National Taiwan University, Taipei for a brief period of time as a Research Associate. I completed my Ph.D. from S. N. Bose National Center For Basic Sciences, Kolkata after obtaining my master's degree from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad. My research focus is on development and application of computational methods in condensed matter physics to study structural, electronic and magnetic properties of materials. Using a combination of first-principle electronic structure methods and some theoretical approaches, my studies aim to provide answers to questions which are the forefront of research in material science.
