Prof. Shilpa Bagdare is awarded PhD in April 2011 on topic “Effect of Cognition and Emotion on Retail Customer Experience” by Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore. She has received Master of Business Administration (Marketing) in the year 2003, from Institute of Management Studies, DAVV and Bachelor of Commerce in the year 1991 from DAVV, Indore.
