SHERZOD B. AKHUNDJANOV

Welcome! I am an Associate Professor at Utah State University. ​I am an applied microeconomist, with research interests in industrial organization, environment and resource, and regional science and development. I am also interested in understanding empirical regularities and statistical models governing the dynamics and evolution of various social, epidemiological, and natural phenomena. My research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, and Regional Science and Urban Economics, and covered by popular media outlets, including The Washington Post and The Salt Lake Tribune.
