The important thing worth noting is that except for the Two bedroom flats in Vasant Kunj (548 flats), total number of two bedroom flats are only 51 in numbers out of which only 37 are up for General Public. It seems that Authority has been targeting small families with needs of one bedroom flats as the total number one bedroom flats are 10125 out of which 7290 are for general public.

One may overlook Vasant Kunj flats which are 2709 in numbers out of which 1285 are one bedroom, 548 are two bedroom and 876 are three bedroom on the basis of cost. However, if you consider that flats are fully furnished with lift facility and size of the flat is very big than other similar room flats, that too located in Vasant Kunj, its a smart deal.
