About Me

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Departemtn of Electrical and Computer Engineering, at Northeastern University. My adviser is Prof. Yun(Raymond) Fu. My current research interests include machine learning and its application on computer vision problems. I received both my M.S. degree and B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Beihang University , China, in 2010 and 2006, respectively and received my B.S. degree in Applied Maths from Beihang University in 2007.

What's new

  • Our ICME 2014 paper "Learning Relative Features Through Adaptive Pooling For Image Classification" has been selected as Best Paper Award Candidates (4 out of 98 = 4.08%).
  • I have been invited as a PC member of ECCV workshop (VECTaR2014)
  • Our paper "Latent Low-Rank Transfer Subspace Learning for Missing Modality Recognition" is accepted by Twenty-Eighth AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), 2014. Congratulations to Allen Ding!
