         Shaojun Zhu is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Rutgers University working with Prof. Kostas Bekris and Prof. Ahmed Elgammal.          He's also working closely with Prof. Chao Chen.
He received Master of Science in Engineering of robotics from University of Pennsylvania in May 2014. His advisor was Prof. Kostas Daniilidis.
Before going to Philadelphia, he received Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Information Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and TechnologyWuhan, P.R.China in June 2012, where he was working under the supervision of Prof. Wenyu Liu in Multimedia and Communication Lab. 
Research interests: computer vision, machine learning and robotics
