Membership

This is who we are:
  • Anyone can become a member of this path without permission, ordination, or initiation by another person.
  • There are three levels of membership:
    • An Oblate of the Order
      • a person who takes the vows but does not study the lessons
    • A Dedicant of the Order
      • a person in pursuit of full membership of the Order
    • A Brother or Sister of the Order
      • a full member of the Order
  • To become an Oblate of the Order, you agree to:
    • accept all the Principles and Precepts of the Order;
    • take on a vow to live out those principles in your life and spiritual practice (see below);
    • enact a Dedication ritual;
    • remain true to your vows throughout your membership;
    • renounce your membership if you can no longer live up to your vows; and
    • renew your vows at least once a year.
  • To become a Dedicant of the Order, you agree to:
    • accept all the Principles and Precepts of the Order
    • take on a vow to live out those principles in your life and spiritual practice (see below);
    • enact a Dedication ritual;
    • remain true to your vows throughout your membership;
    • renounce your membership if you can no longer live up to your vows;
    • renew your vows at least once a year; and
    • begin and continue your studies of the lessons until completed.
  • To become a Brother or Sister of the Order, you agree to:
    • become a Dedicant of the Order;
    • complete all lessons;
    • incorporate all spiritual practices of the Order into your own personal practice;
    • renounce your membership if you cannot uphold the Principles and Practices of the Order.
  • If you would like to be listed on an active list of Members of the Order (not required), please¬†email¬†the following information:
    • the name you wish to have listed;
    • where you live;
    • what attracted you to the Order;
    • how you plan to incorporate the ideals of the Order into your life;
    • indicate whether you are an Oblate, Dedicant, or Brother or Sister of the Order.
