For fantastic fall flavor, try this recipe for broiling breaded country style ribs. For breading, mix 1/4 c. bread crumbs with 2 Tbs. Reddy Rub. Spread breading onto a plate and roll ribs into breading to thoroughly coat with crumbs. Lay ribs on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Pre-heat oven to 425 ºF then set oven to broil. Place pan in oven and broil for 10 minutes or until done. When broiling, watch meat closely to avoid overcooking.
Serve with savory mashed potatoes (see recipe below) mixed with diced roasted red peppers and fresh garden salad. Pair with your favorite red table wine!
