A little history...
Society Hill II is located on property that once housed Saint Peter's School, an Episcopal college preparatory school that educated boys from grades 9 – 12. It was founded by The Reverand Dr. Frank C. Leeming in 1938 and operated until 1970. The school's dormitories, academic building, chapel, sports facilities and playing fields occupied the surrounding 78 acres that were formerly the Canfield and McFadden Estates. Society Hill II was built on this site in 1988 by K. Hovnanian Companies.
