Welcome to the reservation request system for the McGhee Library and the 305A and 305E conference rooms! We recently switched from Oracle Calendar over to Google in an attempt to make the reservation process easier for everyone. To make a reservation, please follow these steps:
  • Read the policy for the room you would like to reserve. 
  • Check the calendar and see if the time you would like is available.
  • Fill out the form under the link on the left, "Make a reservation," with the time you would like. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to approve your request.
  • If you have reserved McGhee, please stop by ICC 301 to sign the McGhee reservation form prior to your event.
