We all have items that we no longer need or use.  If you are tempted to throw away those items.... DON'T!  The art program would happily take them off of your hands. Even if you only have a few items, we will find a good use for them! Accepting items at anytime during the year.

Examples of items we can use:

  • Art/craft supplies, Office Supplies
  • Fabric of any type, Rags (including clothing)
  • Magazines and books (make sure these are appropriate for all ages)
  • Buttons, shoe laces, ribbon, rope, string, beads, needles, thread, and yarn
  • Rubber bands, envelopes, cards, and wrapping paper
  • Paint (house, spray, acrylic, watercolor, tempera, etc.)
  • Stencils, and cookie cutters
  • Tape (all types)
  • Cardboard, boxes, baskets, etc.
  • Plastic containers, meat trays, large glass jars, plastic/paper bags, large peanut butter jars with lids. (any recyclables)
  • Plastic silverware, plates, cups, saran wrap, aluminum foil, and wax paper
  • Toothpicks, popsicle sticks, and chopsticks
  • Wire, pliers (regular and needle nosed), and wire cutters
  • Gardening gloves
  • Cleaning supplies (including sponges and green scratchers)
  • Old irons and blenders that still work
  • knick-knacks, vases, fake flowers, statues
  • Basically anything!
