Traveling to the event, finding the event village and parking couldn't be easier - it's less than a minute from junction 2 of the M48. NP16 6UD

Car parking is free for everyone. All car parking will be signed directly from the motorway junction and is within easy walking distance of Race HQ,

NOTE. This year, due to the bridge being closed for longer to facilitate the long start window, it is likely the bridge will still be closed when people exit the event. This means anyone traveling east towards England will have to drive west down the M48 to meet the M4. Coming off at Magor and then traveling back east will lead to the other Severn crossing and then to England.

From Wales

Participants traveling from Wales on the M4 simply need to travel on the M48 to J2 (Chepstow) and follow out own signs to the event car parks.

From England

The bridge will close sometime between 7:30 and 8:00am (specially for you). We can't be more specific as it takes time to physically arrange the closure and ensure the motorway is safe for us to set up the event on the bridge structure.

Those coming from England before 7:30 am via the M5 or M4 will take signs for the M48 and Chepstow. Those traveling between 7:30 am and 8:00 am might find the bridge is closed and need to take the alternative route to the event. Those traveling after 8am will definitely need to follow the M4 to Magor, exit the motorway, go around the roundabout and enter the M4 going east. Take signs for M48 and Chepstow and then exit the M48 at J2 (Chepstow). At J2 just follow signs to the event car parks. The alternative route adds about 20mins to the journey.
