We focus on small to mid sized companies looking to set up sales agents covering the United States, and international markets. We work with clients on a retained basis to interview, hire, train, and then manage teams of sales agents who close sales and grow revenue.

Unitronics Programmable Logic Controllers

Started up the US division of foreign PLC manufacturer. Established a network of sales representatives and distributors covering the United States. Grew sales from the initial start up to over $5 million at a rate of between 18% and 50% each year. Developed and managed a national network of sales reps and distributors targeting Material Handling, Packaging, Automated Equipment, OEM Machinery, Water controls



Bio-EZ food waste decomposition machines,

Developed sales and marketing plan for the CEO, to seek VC investment to expand sales of the Bio-EZ food waste decomposition machine to the food service industry. Selected, interviewed, trained and deployed a network of sales reps and channel partners covering 22 states, and 5 countries who are targeting restaurants,  hotels, casinos, hospitals, and supermarkets. Sold new machines in the US, Europe and Australia. 



SMC selected, hired, and trained Sales Reps and Stocking Distributors for Ayyeka covering over 1/3 of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. They are the manufacturers of the Wavelet Data Acquisition System for Fresh Water, Waste Water, and Environmental Water monitoring.
