Analyzing Quality Data Procedure

Analyzing Quality Data to discover issues and bring them out into the open so they can be addressed.

  1. Each month, the Director of QMS analyzes the:
    • data generated as a result of monitoring, measuring, & auditing quality.
    • any new QMS Internal Audit Reports.
  2. Each month, the Director of QMS adds any new quality issues found from the analysis to the Quality Issues CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and stores in ABC’s DCS.
  3. Each month, the Director of QMS creates an Overall Quality KPI Report and stores in ABC’s DCS.


Definitions:

  • ABC = Fake name of company used in our procedures.
  • CAP = Corrective Action Plan
  • DCS = Document Control System for users to write, approve, publish, find, & read controlled documents.
  • KPI = Key Performance Indicator
  • QMS = Quality Management System
