SENTA Easy Lite Promo Extended

 Due to popular demand and since many buyers have taken advantage of this amazing Easy Lite promo for SENTA, ALVEO LAND, the developer of prime properties such as Two Serendra and The Columns at Ayala Avenue, has decided to extend the promo till the end of June 2009.

1. Is the financing for SENTA done in-house or thru bank in cases of Installment payment options, and what is the interest rate?  

 - We have in house and bank financing terms. Our Bank Financing Term is provided by BPI and Security Bank. Ask the webmaster here for current interest rates -> email.


2. Also, I noticed you are selling a 62 sqm. 1-BR unit (unit 1706) and a 32 sqm. studio unit (unit 2507).  I was wondering if the price sample computations you provided for these units include parking already. 


- The studio has no parking yet. the 1-bedroom at 62 sqm shall have one parking, but the parking can be bought separately at 750k. the 1br at 62 sqm shall now be converted into a 2bedroom unit upon the request of the buyer. Ask the webmaster here for the new layout of these 2-bedroom units -> email.


3. Also, why is the price per sqm. of unit 1706 lower than unit 2507? 
 

- The cost of the unit goes up per floor. the higher the unit, the more expensive it is. there is a premium for the lowest and highest floors since its preferred by many. the mid floors are the least expensive.


4. How much is a parking slot?  Can it be bought at a later date?
 

- The cost of one parking unit is 750k and 330k for the mechanical parking slots. The 1-bedroom has an assigned parking slot, which can be purchased at a later date. The 2-bedrooms is required to have one parking slot upon purchase of the unit.

 

5. How much is the reservation fee?  
 

- The reservation fee is 50,000.

 

6. I am a foreigner and/or I live abroad, can i buy a unit at Senta?  
 

- Foreigners can buy a unit in Senta, as long as the percentage of foreign owners shall not be more than 40% of the inventory of the building. Also, Filipinos/people abroad can buy a unit at Senta even if they have no reps or if they may not be able to be here in the Philippines to consummate the sale, since we have a safe and proven method of international transactions. Senta is now being constructed

Senta is now undergoing ground works for the foundation laying of the building.

I shall post pictures when more improvement becomes apparent from the perimeter.

Senta shall be ready by 2013, nonetheless, Ayala Land has proven that even in times of economic instability a sound business model and great management can guarantee that whatever they offer out on the market, shall be delivered on time.

Senta is almost sold out.

Only some 1-bedrooms and Studios are remaining.

Senta 6% price increase

,Senta will have another price increase of 6%.

The price increase is driven by the increasing cost of construction materials in the global market.

So tonight, Senta had an event in Cinnabar, Renaissance Makati City Hotel Manila in Esperanza Street Corner Makati Avenue, Makati City.

It was a very nice event where investors and interested parties lavished  and ravished the opulent gourmet of Cinnabar as they took time to understand the value of investing in Senta.

 It was a blast.
