watermelon







Supplies needed

Scrapkit called Watermelon Fantasy by Creative Scraps By Crys. You can purchase it here

Tube of choice. I am using the tube Watermelon by Elias Chatzoudis.

You need a license to use his artwork. Please go to PTE for more info.



Lets get started

Open a new transparent image. Width and height 600 pixels.

Open scatter. Copy and paste into your image.

Position to the bottom of your image. Bottom left corner.

Layers - duplicate. Image - mirror. Image - flip.



Open butterfly scatter2. Copy and paste into your image

Image - resize - 70%.

Image - mirror. Position to the bottom right corner.

Open butterfly scatter. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize 70%

Position to the top left of your image.



Open frame6. Copy and paste into your image

Image - resize 70%

Use your selection tool set on magic wand.

Click inside the frame. Selections - expand - 5 pixels

Choose a paper of your choice.

Copy and paste as a new layer

Selections - invert

Drag the paper layer down below the frame layer.

Keep selected



Select the frame layer

Open your tube. Copy and paste into your image.

Position within the frame, use your eraser tool to remove any over hang at the bottom of the frame.

Selections - select none.

Select the frame layer

Open ribbon5

Copy and paste into your image.

Image - 60%. Position on the left of your frame.

Using the selection tool, erase bits of the ribbon so it looks like it is wrapped around the frame.



Open roses. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize - 60%.

Position at the top of the frame.

Open planter. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize - 20%.

Position bottom right of your frame.



Open flowers. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize - 60%. Position so it looks like it is coming out of the planter.

Do the same with vine.



Open flowers3. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize - 30%. Image - mirror.

Again position so it looks like it is growing out of the planter.



Select your tube layer

Open watermelon. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize - 30%. Position to the bottom left of your image

Open watermelon slice. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize - 15 %. Position by the melon.



Open snail. Copy and paste into your image.

Image - resize - 15%. Place onto the flowerpot. See tag for reference.

Add your name and copyrights

Save as PNG.
