He is among the most decorated players in world soccer having played professionally for Bayern Munich, Manchester United, and the Germany men’s national team. • Electronic Visualization Lab Recalling my time as a graduate student at Electronic Visualization Laboratory (EVL) at University of Illinois at Chicago. SPIKE, a collaboration with Joe Reitzer (https://www.evl.uic.edu/entry.php?id=868) used SAGE technology and a large 5x11 tiled display for video and other tools for audio. Vignettes from 3D avatar worlds depicting media technology history made up the work with a backdrop of language and media theory. Performed in multiple locations simultaneously with improvisational audio by Joe Reitzer.
