Your project objective should be SMART; clearly describing the Specific, Measurable, Attainable tasks to be accomplished, with a Time-Based showing target dates for the completion of each phase. Your relevancy statement should explain how this technology is important or useful. Your SMART Objective is ambitious, creative and well written to clearly satisfy each SMART element and you gave a great explaination of how your project is relevant to you. A couple of your SMART elements are a little vague or not clearly described. Your relevancy statement is good, not great but good. One or two elements of your SMART objective or relevancy statement are missing or poorly described. Three or more elements of your SMART objective or relevancy statement are missing or poorly described

Describe what you did, what worked and what did not, the problems or challenges you encountered, and how you solved them. Note any unresolved questions you might have. Your SmartLab facilitator will specify the type of presentation that you will be expected to make. Your presentation should clearly communicate your topic. It should be educational and informative for your audience. It should show expertise in using the software, hardware or materials chosen to make the presentation. The content and/or the method of production needs more work. Presentation shows work and effort but is vague or missing key elements necessary to communicate topic. Teamwork and collaboration are key 21st century skills. Each member of the team should contribute their very best efforts towards the successful completion of the project. Team members should develop good communication and conflict resolution skills. Team members worked well together. Everyone did their best to make valuable contributions and resolve conflicts in a mature manner. Team members worked OK together. Some members were slacking off. Conflicts were resolved in a mature manner. Team members worked OK together part of the time. Some members were slacking off. More collaboration was needed. Team members did not work well together. Conflicts and horseplay greatly reduced productivity and learning.

Project and time management skills should be one of your top priorities. Creating a realistic timeline, planning and management of resouces, and keeping your project on track are critical the success of any project. A realistic timeline was established and met.
