세종대학교 경제학과부교수I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Sejong University, Seoul, Korea.
My research focuses on macroeconomics, and my interests include fertility, marriage, housing, inequality, price dynamics, and networks.
From 2023 to 2024, I was a visiting scholar in the Department of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania. From 2019 to 2023, I was the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Economic Integration and director of the Center for Economic Integration at Sejong University. Prior to joining Sejong University in 2017, I served as deputy director of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of South Korea from 2007. I earned a B.A. in Economics and Physics from Seoul National University in 2007 and a Ph.D. in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University in 2017.
